Frank Bourner
Gunner 59967, A battery, 28th Brigade, Royal Field Artillery. Enlisted Deptford S E. Died of wounds 25 May 1917 aged 21 years. Buried Barlin Communal Cemetery Extension.
Born Leigh, Kent in 1896. Sixth son of James and Charlotte Bourner of Forge Square, Leigh, Kent. According to the 1891 and 1901 census there were six sons and three daughters. Three sons were killed in the War.
