Frederick Healey

Private 201605, 1st/4th Battalion, Suffolk Regiment. Formerly 4750, Suffolk Regiment. Enrolled Tonbridge. Gained two campaign medals. Killed in Action 26 September 1917 aged 35 years. ‘Soldier died in the Great War’ CD lists 59 men of this regiment that were killed the same day. Buried in Haggle Dump Cemetery, Ieper, Belgium .

Born in Woodburn, Bucks. Son of George and Elizabeth Healy of Woodburn Common, Bucks. Resident in Leigh , Kent . Husband of Laura Louisa Healy (nee Munson) of Blackhoath, Leigh, Kent. Father of five children. Army pension details not found.
